How use additional CSS for custom template?
 

Hello,
in my board the links are text-decoration:none , but in the welcome header space I'd like to put the links dashed or underlined. If the text is like the following

text bla bla text to be dashed


which instruction to put into additional CSS admin section? With the following the links not change in dashed:
