Forum Image upload failing
 

I have version 4.0.6. When I try to upload an image from my hard drive using the default uploader I get the following error:

I just tried to upload the picture on this forum and got the same error. Yet when I use basic uploader it's fine (for both forums - this one and my own).

Any ideas?
