New and looking for a certain MOD
 

I would like to just find out where I should go to find MODs for my 4.0.7 version of CMS build...

What I would like to make is a custom 'forum home page' before getting into the forums...

i want to have it be a map of the US and they can click on their state to go to that area of the forums... I can create the content, I guess I'm looking for a NEW PAGE MOD
maybe?? one that will accept HTML??

Anyone that can direct me to where MODS are would be cool... thnx in advance.
