Forum Switched New Hosts, DB Error (list of what I've done so far...)
 

Ok, so I'm getting a database error. The basic one that just says it encountered a problem and try refreshing.

Well here's what I've done so far:

1) Downloaded a database backup
2) Downloaded ALL files
3) Uploaded ALL files to new host
4) Uploaded the database

I've also tried to see if it was a problem with a modification, so I disabled ALL hooks via config.php

So I don't know what other information I can give you regarding this issue, but I'm hoping someone can help me out here.
