Forum I want to allow albums uploads not the attachment system/asset manager
 

I don't want to list the attachment types allowed or use the asset manager. I want to have it the way I had it on 3.8. Albums only no attachments. No list of attachments allowed or their limits. Just album uploads. And simple.

Is this possible? It was in 3.8. I could go to an album and upload pics without any complication.

I don't need to know pdfs or zips are allowed to be uploaded in attachments. I don't want loads of uploads. I don't have attachments on in the forum. Never had. Now suddenly I'm forced into it when all I want is the most simple ability to upload images to albums.

They were two different things one of which I allowed and now it's unified.

I'm sure this is possible now but have no idea how. When I turn off the asset manager it's replaced by the html version of attachment uploader. Before I could upload directly to albums. No mention of assets or attachments.
