Moderators Remove the ModCP
 

The Moderator's control panel is mostly redundant because most of the functions have been moved to the front-end for exclusive use by moderators.

I therefore put forward that we remove the moderator's control panel completely, and provide hooks for applications which use the modcp to hook into the front end modcp, provided in the user control panel, or "Settings" as it is now known.
