Forum Attachments showing as text
 

I use vbulletin 4.0.6.

A lot of attachments on my forum display as text.
Sometimes when i edit a post with broken attachments and i save it the attachments will suddenly show up. Also when you edit your post you can see the attachments and when you save it suddenly half of all the attachments get displayed as text.

Anyone have a clue what could be the problem and how to fix it?
