Forum Forum not displaying graphics at all
 

I'm running 2 websites from my server, one is using vb3 that has been working fine for months, the other I just installed vb4 and bought a new domain www.elite-xiv.com, but for some annoying reason no graphics are displayed, only plain text, any ideas?
