version 4.0.7

We have installed z-series red theme.
When it installed it created a second link header, silver bar across the width of the forum right above the main link header.

We would like to remove this silver bar, and the links within.
Please be very specific if you are inclined. VB is still very new to us, and theres LOTS to learn.
