Suite Upgrade from 4.01 to 4.07 caused a minor issue
 

I just upgraded my website from 4.01 to 4.07. I immediately noticed some huge problems. Most were easily fixed but I'm still having some issues. Could you please point me in the right direction?

I've created a test user for you guys to log in and check everything out.

The areas that have been affected are the main forum and member settings. Click the "Forum" tab in the navbar. Strangely the subforums (which have the same layout) have not been affected. Also, click "Settings" at the top to see the other issues.
