Forum Forums block manager missing in Admin CP
 
I just noticed that the Forum Blocks manager is missing in the Admin CP.

This happend after upgrading to 4.0.6. It was there before. I went to edit a block and could not find the Block manager.

Any idea on how I can fix this?
