Making a backup...
 

My forum is growing everyday and everyday I get more and more nervous about something happening and me losing everything! So...I am going to learn how to make a backup.

The second sentence says, "Go to phpMyAdmin in your web browser..."

I'm lost already! LOL. How do I open phpMyAdmin in my web browser to see my database? Is this a program? Is it a link? Please explain. Remember, I'm dumb.
