Buying a second license
 

I just want to make sure I am doing this correctly. I have a new domain in which I will be starting a new forums. I understand I need to buy a new license agreement.

Is this the $195 option shown when I click on "Purchase" or is this buying the full software again?

Also, I do not like the looks of the new version 4.0. If I buy a new license, can I still get version 3.8?
