Subscription emails not sending
 

I did an email diagnostic check but email is being sent from the forum. User registration emails are being sent aswell but for some reason subscription emails are not. I did absolutely nothing and I have not installed a plugin for over 6 months. A few of my members are having this problem. Any ideas?
