CMS Content Type Missing
 

I primarily create Articles for my CMS pages, but today I wanted to create a PHP page and saw that I don't have that option. In fact, the only thing I can create is an Article. I used to have three options here. This seemed to have happened after upgrading to 4.0.6. Is this a bug or did was a configuration added that I have to enable this? How do I fix this?
