Forum weird header issue in threads
 

Two issues to report, both starting around the same time with no mods recently installed.

1) These two screenshots are from the same section (general section) on my board. When I view the 'general section' I see the title as it should, in the header. But when I go into any thread, it changes to a hidden "staff/mod section". this happens in every section in the forum. Nothing has changed in a while, so I dont think its a mod that was installed.

ideas about how to troubleshoot this?

2) the second issue: the 'quote' button disappears from some posts once in a while. After doing some troubleshooting myself, I noticed that it seems to disappear from the same post in any given thread and will not reappear even if I reload the page or go back into the thread. Hopefully I explained it well enough. The screenshot below is of two successive posts (#1 and #2) in a thread. This is while I'm logged in as an admin, so the permissions is not the issue here because regular users have reported seeing this same issue as well.
