Admin CP Make it look better
 

I recall that the AdminCP was due an overhaul, and I'm sad not to see it in the 4.1 improved/new feature list.

The AdminCP right now is as ugly as hell, and for me, it's a pain - it's an eyesore. I'd like to say goodbye to those iframes.

Please, make it look nice.
