Help with descision
 

OK well basically I would like to have a forum but it will be a bit more interactive and much more simplified that what I have seen so far. Please could someone show me some links to vBullitin forums that have been modified so I can see the limits that this can be done? Also is it possible to have a box on every page in the top right which has links to the latest posts? I am pretty new to this and only understand html and starting to learn javascript. I dont want to jump into buying a product without knowing the limitations of modifying it.
