Forum Problem with Clickable Message Formatting Controls options
 

Recently started a new forum forums.techhotfix.com and i am facing a problem with the Clickable Message Formatting Controls when i go to Settings > Options > Message Posting and Editing Options i can see three option as follows

• Full Editor
• Quick Reply
• Quick Edit

I have selected the "Enable standard and WYSIWYG " then also when ever i try to post quick replies i am not getting a single control (even after clicking the Go Advanced button) as u can see in the image below

where as i want all the controls which are in the rectangular box as show in the image below whenever i click Go advanced Please help me thanks in Advance
