CMS Can't login to Admin Panel after changing forum language
 

Hi, here is the things I have done and how the problem occurred:

-Installed CMS 4.0.6
-First Admin user name: Recep Baltaş (ş = Turkish Character)
-Forum using default english language
-Login OK, Display OK. Everything Perfect.

Now the problem:

Installed a new language pack:

For version 4.0.5 (Seleceted "Ignore version" to "Yes" since my forum was 4.0.6)
Title: Türkçe (TR)
Code name: tr
HTML-Encoding: ISO-8859-9

No overwrite. New Language profile.

Files:

vbulletin-language.xml
vbulletin-blog-language.xml
vbulletin-cms-language.xml

Set default language to this new installed language. After that I was not bale to login to my CP.

So far tried:

Recep Balta&#351 (This one comes when I recieve new password e-mail from forum.)

Recep Balta%C5%9F
No luck.


I really want to use my original name. And I want to set my forums Turkish.

P.S. Even on on this forum, my surname is shown wrong:
