Forum Upgrade errors...please help!
 

I am getting the following when trying to upgrade. I know it has to do with the ad plug in but I disabled them all and added the hook in the config prior to starting the upgrade. The forum is also closed.

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.1:
Invalid SQL:

MySQL Error : Table 'xxxx.ad' doesn't exist
