vB4 Started work on a theme converter
 

I'm just now starting work on a theme converter. What it does is converts earlier vbulletin 3.x themes to vb4.x. At the moment it's kindof like the vbulletin upgrade feature, insert a theme & press continue until it converts as much of it as it possibly can. Upon completion it calls up a log of what couldn't be fully transferred.
