Censor Unable to Censor new Bypassing Method

The F-word is banned on my forum and members try various means to bypass the censor in order to be able to use that word. All of those trying to bypass the censor are banned as well.

Sorry about the use of profanity, but I dont know how else to convey the problem. For example some members try to bypass the censor by writing the f-word as "Fu(k" and the censor is able to stop that.

Now some members are able to bypass the censor by inserting the charecters < or > between the words and the censor is unable to filter them out. So "Fu
