Email notifications (subscribed thread) not work
 

Hello,
I'm using last 3.8 vbulletin version, and since some days the email notification of new reply on subscribed threads don't work. I asked to the hoster and replied:

How do I trigger a mail to be sent out? Please provide the steps and I'll have a look.

What info to give? Anyone could explain the steps required? Thank you in advance :)
