Suite HTTP 500 Error After Upgrade
 

I have just tried to upgrade from 3.8.4 PL2 to 4.0.6 Publishing Suite.

But after the upgrade it just gives a HTTP 500 Error page.

I can re-run the upgrade script again and it starts from here...

..then once it gets to here and I click the button to go to the next step I receive the error.

I have tried re-uploading the files for 4.0.6 but it has no effect.
