When someone dont follow the rules.. What do you do?
 

I have a member who suddenly last month just made herself
another profile/account - with another nick.
Not saying anything to no one. Just pretending to be the newest member.
(and she is one of my oldest members)

And thats not allowed at my forum..

I will contact here and make her choose just one nick/account.

But maybe I also should close her account for a week or two as a little penalty?

What do you guys do when someone break the rules?
