Forum 4.0.6 upgrade rearranges Login area in IE
 

Upgraded to 4.0.6 this a.m. and it totally rearranged the login area of the forum. I was able to fix this in FireFox and several other browsers, but Internet Explorer, after several hours I can't get it to change. See screen-shot. When the user isn't logged in, it's even worse. The area on the left is just me hiding my site name--that not part of the issue. Telling users they can't use a browser is an option. I reverted all of my templates so it's not that. Any ideas? The login area should be top right. Since it's not, it's creating an area of color/size that doesn't belong where it is (interesting that it's the exact size of the Facebook function that I have turned off).

I should add this is a fixed width forum at 980px.
