URGENT Assistance Required - All Url's 404
 

Ive had someone working on my site installing a theme, sitemap and spam decimater.

Unfortunately ive come home and found that every url is returning a 404 error and i cant as yet contact him. I need to get the site up but being non-technical, its a real challenge for me.

Can anyone advise in VERY SIMPLE terms what i may try that can resolve the issue. I have attached a screenshot indicating the problem.
