Forum Animated GIF in signature crashes IE8
 

I just got a new member sign-up and add an animated gif to his signature. It's being called from another server. I can't view the page in IE8, it crashes with this message

Ideas? I'm note sure if anyone else has every added an animated gif to their signature before. Can i just turn off animation? Page loads in Firefox.
