pre-sales access to vb 3.8.x when i buy basic vb forums (Not cms) software
 

hi vbulletin,
seeing my posting, some of the designers contacted me, and he said he is very confortable in working with vb 3.8.x

so my question is when i buy vb 4 forum software only, will i have acess to download 3.8.x also?

if i do this do you foresee any headaches in future, bcz i am not using vb 4.00
