How To "Mass Move" 1 Forum Category To Another??
 

Please see my attachment 1st for better illustration.

In my Reported / Troublemaker forum contain about 7,645 threads and I'd like to move this entire forum above to where the arrow pointed, right beneath Suggestion & Feedback forum.

I've tried to look for option but couldn't find any.. is this possible because I prefer not to move them manually :(
