Forum Installing Vbulletin 4.0 on Godaddy.com Hi, I have very little knowledge of hosting/creating new websites aside from some basic html classes. I have a godaddy.com linux server, have uploaded the files to the database and changed the proper code in the config.php file. When I go to the step to install where you type in www.website.com/forum/install/install.php I get an error message saying "Oops! This link appears to be broken." One thing that stands out to me is that when I use the FTP Client on Godaddy and upload the 'upload' file' when it is complete I always have to log back on to my godaddy account and it does not show all of the files that are listed in the upload file. Any helpful tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Key |
