Forum Can't Ban User
 

Um, when I try to ban a user I get the following error message:

You are not authorized to ban users who are not considered normal, registered users

I don't understand why I wouldn't have permission to do something when I am on the admin account that was used to install vB. I am forum god, I can do anything.
