Forum User being led to white pages
 

One of the users on my forum is having problems trying to post on it. Every time they try to post, they are lead to a white page page using Firefox. When using Chrome they are led to a "Page Expired" page.

No one else seems to be having this problem except them, so I'm not sure what the problem could be.
