Returning to VB and ready to migrate IPB 3.1 to VB 4.x.x but before I pull the plug have some queries on Impex.

1. Can I setup VB forum, create all forums and sub-forums and make it ready before I import or even the forum organization will be created during the import

2. Can I select which threads to go in which forum?

Thanks, if there are suggestions, experience tips on how IPB could be imported that would very helpful in VB buying decision.
