Forum Data base error emails question.
 

When my server crashes I get data base error messages emailed from the test forum.

I don't get them from the live forum.

The message I get from the test forum is too many connections. The test forum is and has been turned off for a long time.

Shouldn't the live forum be sending out mail as well when the server is about to go down?

I also had an existing forum that I bought but never turned on that would give a message before a server crashed. I deleted that one months ago.

The live forum is set to send just like the test forum.
