Migrate just the users?
 

Hi,

I wonder if it's possible to migrate just the user data to a new forum? I like to install 3.8 and migrate just the user database, without the customizations. If so, how should I do it? There was a similar question asked here, but I'm not sure if the question is asking the same thing. And if the answer is no like in that thread, is there a way to do it manually?
