Enabling Accents
 

French accents aren't being posted properly - they show up as, say, "Gameplay - Troisième citée et armoiries"

However, German seems to show up fine: "Zum Bau einer dritten Stadt müsst ihr zun?chst die Quest erfüllen. Dazu müsst ihr"

Do you have any suggestions on what setting I can tweak here? I don't think I need a whole language pack, I just need my users to be able to use common accented characters.
