Blog vb4.0.5 Installed and Would Like to Enable Blog Feature with Centain Pemission
 

Hi there, we have vb4.0.5 installed, and we would like to enable Blog feature. We would like to set posting permission on blog use as below:

If possible, we want to set permissions so that only users who've done 10 posts can publish.

Please let me know, if this feature is already included with vb4.05 Suite. Or is that something we have to develop custom?
