How difficult will an upgrade to 4.0 from 3.8 be?
 

My site has many templates to choose from and several hacks running. I know I can update the hacks, but how much of a PITA will it be to convert the 3.8 templates over to the 4.0 core system? Any other issues I should concern myself with?
