Edit Forum Active Template/Code
 

First let me apologize if this has already been covered but I was unsuccessful with my search efforts. I want to edit the template/code that displays the offline message when you turn the forums off (set as inactive). I want to add another box below this message containing custom flash content. For now I just have it in the Reason For Turning Forum Off area with HTML code but that places everything in the same box. Where can I find the template or code? Thanks for any help with this.
