How to dismiss a notice as an unregistered user? (Notices Manager)
 

It seems that unregistered users can not dismiss the notice by clicking the red arrow in the right, upper-hand corner of the notice box even when the "dismissible option" is set to "Yes".

The red arrow is not showing for unregistered users...

???
