A 72-year-old New Orleans man has claimed the $990,648 Louisiana Lotto jackpot from Saturday's drawing.Louisiana Lottery officials said Wednesday that Donald Meilleur (mill-YARE) had the sole, winning ticket for the prize. On Monday, he received $693,453 after state and federal taxes were withheld.The winning numbers for the Aug. 21 game were: 1, 7, 19, 22, 33 and 36.Meilleur bought the ticket from Spur General Meyer in New Orleans.
