BB Code In right-to-left languages some bbcode look wrong.
 

When you are using a RTL language the PHP BB-code, Code BB-code and the HTML BB-code. is also RTL.
it should be always LTR.
example:

TEST

HTML Code:
TEST
Code:
TEST
look on those bbcodes in the Right-to-left Test language.

Please fix it for the future versions of vBulletin.
