CMS Suggestion: Float any CMS article to first page
 

To make the root page of the site more interesting and dynamic, I'd like a simpler method to rotate articles:

- An option for each CMS content to float to the top, ie publish a CMS content on the CMS root page, without having to change the section of that article.

Possible expansions of the idea:
- Float an article "from date/time to date/time"
- Add article to a list where of articles are randomly picked and floated to the first page
