Forum delayed login
 

When i log into my admincp i put in my username and password and then i click log in but then it says "proceed" i click ok takes me back to the login admincp but then i just go to the url and take out the admincp.php and put forums takes me to the page then i go back to admincp and im already logged in anyone know why it does this?
