Form submission redirecting to login page?
 

I'm having an issue with the phatform. When someone submits a form, rather than redirecting to thank you message, it is redirecting to the login page.

Any ideas why this is happening?

The site is scheduled to go live 9/1/10 and I need a fix asap.
