Forum User Profile Field "required setting doesn't work
 

under admincp>User Profile Field> Required, Editable, Searchable don't force members to fill out box regardless of this setting. This hasn't worked since 4.0.4
I'm so used to all the bugs but this one really annoys me so I finally decided to mention it in hope that it will be confirmed and addressed.

I will post it as a bug.
