Forum Urgent : Problems with Paid Subscriptions. What Is Going On?
 

I have a multititude of Paid Subscription Options available on my website, and since the launch of them they have been used a few times and I am running into trouble.

I want users to be able to Pay for MULTIPLE different subscriptions, and show up in all of those different usergroups... however, whenever a member pays for one subscription and then pays for a second one, they seem to be removed from the first group entirely. How can I resolve this?

Also, we have one donation option for 30 Euros, but when players/members pay for that option, the PayPal only receives 0.1 Euros... All other Subscriptions seem to work fine?

Thirdly: Is it possible to ask for extra information while signing up for a subscription, like "Enter XXX Information here" or something of that nature that would then also be recorded, or sent to PayPal?



Need these questions answered asap, because its causing serious trouble for our business. Any help GREATLY and sincerely appreciated!
