Forum timeout error on new install
 

Server 2008R2
IIS7
PHP 5.3.3
MySQL 5.1.50
vBulletin 4.0.6
This is all newly installed

PHP Info appears to show everything installed fine.
Created a test database in MySQL
Created a test user in MySQL
Edited config.php to reflect the username/password I created
run www.test.com/install....... I get the following error.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\test.com\includes\class_core.ph p on line 4501
